What is the difference between the AI Worker and an AI Agent?

Both use the same AI. The difference is access.

An AI Agent does not have access to your system by default. You must turn on every tool you want it to use. Agents are meant for speaking with customers, who are untrusted, so they do not access your CRM unless you allow it.

The Worker acts like your internal employee and has access to everything in your system by default. You give a worker an SOP and tell it what to work on, and it works through the items one by one like a salesperson or customer service person. For example, it can work through the contacts in your sales pipeline and try to book meetings.
