Can I make and receive calls in the browser and transfer calls?

Yes. Votel has a built-in web phone. You make and receive calls with your Votel phone numbers right in the browser, and a bar at the top of the app shows who you are talking with.

Call transfers are supported, both blind (cold) transfers and attended (warm) transfers.
